Gas Mixer

In the industrial food production sector, all the efforts of the producing companies are to increase the shelf life of the products with natural techniques.(Fermentation, Pasteurization, ESL, UHT, Sterilization, etc.) is to increase it.

The packaging technique of the final product whose production process is completed is of vital importance. In today's technology, products in sliced, grated or block forms can be packaged by releasing very low volumes of air with vacuum packaging technology. However, vacuuming alone is not enough for products that contain a medium suitable for the growth of aerobic/anaerobic bacteria or contain high amounts of moisture, such as sliced cheddar, phyllo dough, grated mozzarella or sausage. In such cases, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)A separate technique called  or controlled atmosphere packaging is used.

Mix as much gas as you need on site!

In the MAP technique, pure nitrogen (N₂), carbon dioxide (CO₂), oxygen (O₂), carbon monoxide (CO) etc. are generally used. It is essential to fill the remaining space in the package with mixture gases, also called food gas, by using mixtures. These mixture gases, which are used for various purposes, can be obtained at the desired rates at the packaging machine through our gas mixers.

General features

- It does not require electrical connection and has a completely mechanical design.
- Does not require maintenance.
- Fixed (set) and adjustable models are available.
- Does not require a balancing tank.
- Simple design and reliable mixing percentage are ensured.
- Easy to install, easy to adjust.
- It is not affected by temperature and pressure fluctuations.
- All materials used are food safe.

Benefits

- Reduces food gas cost by at least 50%.
- Adjustment of mixing ratios provides great convenience in R&D and P&D laboratory studies.
- The mixing ratio is more precise and reliable compared to mixing tubes.
- By mixing only the amount of gas you need, deviations caused by the density difference of the gases are prevented.
