Nitrogen Generator -->PSA Systems --> Maxigas NITROsource Nitrogen Generator
Parker domnick hunter Nitrogen Generator produces nitrogen gas from compressed air. Nitrogen gas is used to provide a clean, dry and inert atmosphere in environments and processes where oxygen is not desired.
AFFORDABLE COST AND ENERGY SAVING
The payback period of the Domnick Hunter nitrogen generator, which is a cost-effective solution, is short. Additionally, on-site nitrogen gas production with a generator; It also eliminates additional burdens such as refilling, order transactions, tank rent, shipping fees and future price increases by the nitrogen supplier brought about by external nitrogen gas supply. While the nitrogen generator can be fed from a standard air source, it provides the required amount of nitrogen gas and is economical. Thanks to the mode; It is possible to control nitrogen production, flow rate and purity values. The nitrogen gas produced is not wasted as in traditional sources and evaporation losses occurring in the use of liquid nitrogen are eliminated; In this way, extra savings are achieved. Thanks to its ability to operate uninterruptedly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there are no downtimes or production losses due to nitrogen gas depletion.
The nitrogen production system can be easily installed in the compressor room or production area with standard piping, without the need for any special equipment. Since the maintenance period is very short, there are no downtimes caused by gas outages. In this system, nitrogen gas is produced at low pressure; Thus, the dangers arising from storing the gas in high-pressure cylinders are prevented. In addition, the disassembly, assembly and transportation labor of the cylinders is eliminated. Parker domnick hunter nitrogen generator produces nitrogen gas from compressed air. Nitrogen gas is used to provide a clean, dry and inert atmosphere in environments and processes where oxygen is not desired.
FLEXIBLE MULTI-BANK OPTION
NITROSource Nitrogen Generators Multiple Modular System; Parker domnick hunter nitrogen generator is more flexible than double-tank PSA generators thanks to its modular concept. Increasing nitrogen needs can be easily met by adding a module to the system. With the added modules, the system can be backed up, so there is no gas outage during maintenance. Parker domnick hunter nitrogen generator can easily pass through even standard door entrances thanks to its compact design.

HOW DOES IT WORK
-The inside of the chambers, which work on the PSA principle, are filled with CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) granules, which is a special adsorption material.
-Compressed air passes through chemical (desiccant) type dryer and filters; It is cleared of particles, oil and moisture.
-The resulting clean and dry air enters from under the active adsorption bed of the nitrogen generator and moves upwards.
-While oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and small amounts of transition gases in the air are held by the CMSs in the active bed, nitrogen molecules are allowed to pass.
-When the CMS in the activated chamber is about to reach saturation with the captured gases, the system automatically switches between beds depending on the preset time.
-The bed that has completed its regeneration begins to operate, while the bed that has reached saturation begins regeneration.
-System; It produces nitrogen gas uninterruptedly by working alternately between 2 beds automatically and regularly.
-The nitrogen gas produced is constantly analyzed and monitored with an oxygen analyzer to see whether it has the desired purity.
