With CompAir DH Series 100% oil-free water-injected screw compressors, you get clean, reliable and low-cost compressed air that is beneficial for your business and your budget. The purity of air is critical for many applications where even the smallest droplet of oil can cause product deterioration or damage to production equipment. For this reason, the ISO 8573-1 Class Zero (2010) certified CompAir DH Series compressor contains no oil anywhere and is silicone-free. Thus, the risk of oil contamination is eliminated, making the compressor better and safer.
The unique design of CompAir DH achieves low speed and low operating temperature together, resulting in high efficiency and less wear on components. It maximizes efficiency by using single-stage, direct-coupled, geared or beltless motors. The adjustable speed prevents unnecessary energy consumption by supplying compressed air only to the application that needs it. DH series oil-free compressors have fewer moving parts than their counterparts, so the risk of failure is very low, and thanks to low-speed balanced bearing loads, screw life is extended and low-cost operation is provided. Operating temperatures lower than 60℃ are achieved at isothermal pressure levels. In this way, the need for an internal air cooler is eliminated and the energy consumption used to reduce pressure drop is minimized.
